Ingredients:

  •  2 cups oatmeal flour
  • 3/4 cup frozen defrosted strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 egg

Instructions:

  • preheat oven to 350º
  • line baking sheet with parchment paper
  • in a large bowl, mash defrosted strawberries
  • add the flour to the mashed strawberries
  • add coconut oil and beaten egg
  • thoroughly mix until you have a little moist and sticky dough
  • roll out tiny balls of dough and flatten them into bite size treats (approximately 1” round and about 1/4” thick)
  • place on baking sheet spaced so they don’t touch each other (they don’t need a lot of in-between space, they won’t rise or spread)
  • bake for approximately 20 minutes (oven times may vary)
  • turn oven off and let treats cool in oven (this will allow them to continue to dry out)
  • once completely cooled store in airtight container in fridge
