Be Their Hero

Since the onset of the pandemic, volunteers, sponsorships and donations have dropped off significantly. Now, more than ever, your support is critical to our success.

Monthly donors are our best friends, they help each animal that comes to us with immediate and sometimes life-threatening needs. We won’t settle for substandard care ever; we make sure every Sanctuary resident receives the best care possible so they can live out their lives to the fullest.

When you become a sponsor, you help make wishes come true for our Sanctuary dogs. Your gift toward their lifetime care in turn helps save more lives than you can imagine.

Please consider joining our community of monthly donors and be a hero for our Sanctuary Residents. Your donations have a direct impact on how many dogs we can save. Only with your help can we say yes to more senior/special needs dogs.

Sponsor a Sanctuary Resident:

Welcome Tater Tot

Life with hospice dogs can be exhausting, inspiring, and busy beyond belief – it is imperfectly perfect. We wouldn’t have it any other way – but, we cannot do this without YOU!

Please join us in welcoming our newest Sanctuary resident, Tater Tot.

Found as a stray and brought to the NY ACC, her history remains a mystery, but what we do know is that her condition is beyond heartbreaking and she needs our help now.

This beautiful senior’s world has been turned upside down and we simply could not turn down the urgent plea – we only hope it’s not too late to help her.

Together we can give her a miracle!

PLEASE donate to help us give Tater Tot the best chance to survive and enjoy her golden years to the fullest.

The Very First Time

When Kahlua first arrived at Sanctuary, she was afraid of everyone and would pancake to the floor when a human was near. Her body language alone told us a lot about her unknown past.

Last night for the very first time since her arrival, she asked Sanctuary mom to pick her up, and put her on the big bed – filled of course with dog beds – and she slept there all night.

So no matter how good or bad you think you have it, wake up every morning and be grateful for your life, because someone somewhere is fighting for theirs – just like little Kahlua did.

Because of supporters like you, we have been able to give Kahlua and all the dogs living here at Paws Give Me Purpose the best gift possible, a new life.

Her love and gratitude is immeasurable.

Happy Monday!
