Tea Treats

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup cooked boneless chicken, shredded
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teabag of 100% chamomile tea, brewed
  • 2 tablespoons flaxseed meal
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • pinch of cinnamon

Instructions:

  • combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix well, until dough is formed
  • if dough seems sticky, add extra flour, 1 tablespoon at a time, until dough is easy to work with
  • roll out dough on to lightly floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick
  • cut out desired shapes
  • place treats on parchment lined baking sheet
  • bake 22-25 minutes
  • turn off oven, and allow treats to cool inside for maximum crunch
