Good morning from Baby Shark! She hopes you all have a ridiculously amazing day!

After being let down and mistreated by humans all her life, then tossed aside because she was not behaving the way they wanted her to behave, Cocoa is just beginning to heal mentally, physically and spiritually.

She has suffered the unthinkable, including someone deciding it was a good idea to break her little tail. We can only imaging her pain – and we completely understand her distrust in humans.

We know that we cannot erase her past, but are doing everything in our power to make things better for her – and she is slowly learning what it is truly like to be loved.

Just watching Mr. Freckles at almost 17 years of age play and cuddle with his toys makes everything we do here worth it!
