Today the Paws Give Me Purpose Team is asking that you all send the strongest positive thoughts and prayers to little Pixie as she heads into surgery to remove the masses in her mouth. The shelter had originally mentioned one mass, but as it turns out there are 3.
This is a crucial and necessary surgery but is not without risk. We hope this will give Pixie the best quality of life for as long as she is with us.
We will also be sending the masses out for biopsy in order to learn exactly what we are dealing with medically.
